Pros: Location and staff
Cons: It was too warm in the room even after air was turned down
Pros: The friendly staff, and the Smart TV!
Pros: It was nice
Pros: Quiet room, very comfy.
Cons: Our room phone did not work and we told them about it multiple times and they never fixed it. They also kept charging my card $66 instead of $25 for incidentals.
Pros: last minute price!
Cons: all was well!
Pros: Room was nice yet simple!
Cons: Have to get ice from the front desk
Pros: They were friendly
Cons: The air conditioner did not work. And the phone did not work so every time we had to go tell them about the air we had to go to lobby. They were friendly. But did nothing about it.
Pros: The cleanliness of the rooms.
Cons: No,everything was great.
Pros: The staff is absolutely great and the hotel is clean and has a great atmosphere.
It was different than what we were used to , but nice.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: There are two switches by the door. One is marked 'master' which should shut off all lights. The other is not marked and should shut off the bathroom light, that is not how it works. Both switches worked like a master switch so bathroom light couldn't be shut off without shutting off the reading lights over the bed.
