Pros: The lobby was great.
Cons: The buffet on the second floor wasn't quite worth it.
Pros: Great location. Easy to get around the city.
clean, quiet, safe, friendly staff
Pros: proximity to subway
Cons: Expensive restaurant
I stayed at Christmas, could not get a seat at the restaurant the entire time, the staff was not helpful either. I left Tokyo early and asked for help to cancel a room in Narita and it was really a big bother to the front desk. I tried to make dinner reservations each night and had no luck at all.
Pros: It was clean
Cons: NOT Friendly to americans
Great location, helpful staff and decent food. Everything is ridiculously expensive but I suppose that's Tokyo for you...
Pros: Helpful, knowledgeable staff.
The ANA was a very high quality hotel. Its rooms were luxurious, clean and well furnished. the service staff was helpful and sincere. The price was appropriate to slightly on the cheap side for the level of quality and location.
Pros: Nice amenities, staff, room, and overall hotel.
Cons: Confusion over perks, such as free breakfast, but it wasn't well explained. Went to wrong restaurant.
