Pros: Everything! The hotel had the most courteous staff in every part of the hotel and was meticulous to customer service!
Cons: perhaps the bathrooms are due for a renovations soon. In comparison to the rest of the hotel, it almost seemed outdated, especially when everything in the hotel was so beautiful. Also TVs could be placed on walls for space conservation.
Pros: The lobby was great.
Cons: The buffet on the second floor wasn't quite worth it.
clean, quiet, safe, friendly staff
Pros: proximity to subway
Cons: Expensive restaurant
I stayed at Christmas, could not get a seat at the restaurant the entire time, the staff was not helpful either. I left Tokyo early and asked for help to cancel a room in Narita and it was really a big bother to the front desk. I tried to make dinner reservations each night and had no luck at all.
Pros: It was clean
Cons: NOT Friendly to americans
