Cons: Room was in the cellar
Pros: The accessibility of the hotel.
Cons: The you they gave me was in the basement and the phone was not working. Everything i need, i have to go in the lobby to ask for. Even i explain that, they do not take in consideration what i said for the room and the phone. The breakfast was bad too.
Pros: Clean large room in a pretty quiet location.
Pros: Knowing the area where the hotel is , I was surprise to see the place so clean , my room was very clean well prepared , those 2 young ladies who check me in was superb , very professional , am going back next time..
Cons: Nothing to complain of ....
Hotel and room was very clean
Pros: Very friendly staff bathroom was very clean.
Cons: Room was small as was the beds..
Pros: The location is close to downtown, near the subway and very convenient. The breakfast was very good and the server was very nice.
Cons: The room is small and the noise from the train can be quite loud.
We chose this hotel when attending a family wedding in Brooklyn; it was less expensive than other local alternatives and included breakfast. Once there it exceeded my expectations on every level. Just two miles from downtown Brooklyn, quick cab ride, and three blocks from subway to get anywhere. Very convenient. The room with two double beds was a tight fit but the beds were VERY comfortable. Large bathroom. I found the stFf in this hotel to be exceptional.
Pros: The staff from start to finish was friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and kind. I also felt very safe as there was always security in the lobby in the evenings, along with front desk staff. Convenient to have breakfast available; lots of choices, and plenty of tables in beeakfast room to accommodate guests.
Cons: Not really anything to complain about! A few days and nights there was construction out on the road in front of building but that was no fault of hotel. If you have trouble sleeping with noise outside that could cause a problem but neither my son mor I was bothered. Did not disrupt our sleep at all.
Pros: The room was very clean and roomy. The staff was extremely helpful and cheery and all were very helpful with taxi service. The free breakfast was also very nice and a savings. Great to be able to eat right inside the hotel without walking anywhere.
Cons: The only thing was the hotel's location. It could have been located in a better part of town but I could walk a few blocks to an Applebee's for dinners which was nice. Didn't need a cab.
Cons: Construction outside late at night on the railway
Pros: it had a microwave in the room and the room was ok
Cons: the bathroom toliet was leaking water and it flood the bathroom i had to use my towel to keep the water from spreading not a good thing at all
Pros: Very clean room and the breakfast
Great location. Clean facility and friendly staff.
Pros: Check in and out was easy, the hotel staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Free parking and free bottles of water in the room refrigerator.
I had a horrible experience at this hotel because of the gentleman at the front desk. I've stayed at hotels a lot in my time this is the most disrespectful front desk person I've ever seen. I came to this location September 14th at around 11pm. The gentleman had his backed turned when we first came and proceeded to provide a bad experience. He charged us $50 dollars for some cleaning fee even though we didn't even enter the room, made no sense to me.
Pros: The room
Cons: The gentleman at the front desk
