Cons: rooms were small
Pros: Great Hotel
Pros: sheets seemed clean
Cons: The dresser furniture door was blocked by the bed so it was nearly impossible to open the refrigerator! NO clock in the room. VERY cramped and small. Hotel right next to train!!! This hotel is not worthy of 2 stars. Luckily we got a parking spot!
Pros: Everything but the Wifi
Cons: You have to provide working Wifi if you advertise it. Wifi is cheap in NYC, you can get insane bandwidth at a low cost. There's no excuse to have such slow Wifi speeds at a hotel of this size.
Pros: It is very close to downtown and you can get commute easily. The morning breakfast is fine.
Cons: Parking issue. We haven't got space for parking. But the staff helped to find the nearest street parking.
Pros: Location, metro stops a block away, easy 10 minute ride to Manhattan. Felt safe, clean. Nice breakfast, had hot options along with the usual, cereals, toasts, yogurt, fruit.
Cons: Very limited parking, we were lucky to get one of the 10 spots. Super small rooms, but expected in NYC
Pros: TheTV is pretty good. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Cons: The smallest room I have ever seen before. The parking spots are very limited and small. And the hallway doesn't allow two persons to walk shoulder by shoulder without touching each other. Internet is super slow.
Cons: Liked everything
Pros: Prox to 7 train.
Cons: Broken furniture, trash not emptied, non working phones, blinking message lights that hotel staff didnot know how to clear. (I unplugged them) Only two coat hangers in a very small wardrobe. I booked a King room but got a very small room. Off my li
Pros: The staff is so nice and helpful...this was the 3rd time se stayed at this hotel and will plan to stay there again in the near future.
Cons: The room was one of the smaller rooms there...
Pros: The breakfast was good enough.
Cons: Interior was dated and the internet was only good for messaging.
Pros: Room was cleaned regularly
Cons: Very small room, hardly any place to keep the bag and other luggage
Pros: Customer Service is outstanding.
Pros: To be honest I wasn't impressed with anything about this hotel.
Cons: My room was on the front of the hotel. Every 5-7 minutes a train went by my window. Right below was HEAVY traffic. I booked the room for 2 days but only stayed one. Sleep was near impossible. The location is awful. I won't be staying there again.
Pros: They had parking.
Cons: It might be used as a shelter like a lot of hotels in the area.
Cons: This hotel is scary.
Pros: Free breakfast is a nice feature.
Cons: Room is very outdated. Only has one elevator serve the whole building and the elevator was out of service three days out of my four day stays. Acoustics was bad. Internet is not fast.
Pros: Great location for easy access to Manhattan at a much more affordable price.
Cons: The neighborhood is very industrial. Didn't bother me...but might deter those looking for something that feels urban without the exposure to the subway lines.
Pros: The room and bathroom were immaculate. We stayed two nights and they gave us new sheets for the second day. Even though the room was small it was adequate for a hotel room just to sleep in, and near my son's apartment. Bed was large and comfortable.
Cons: Room was small, and we couldn't regulate the temperature well. It was hot in the room.
