Pros: It was in a good location for our needs and close to the subway. The room was clean enough and the staff was polite.
Cons: We chose this hotel over other options because it said parking was included but when we arrived, we were told there was not parking available. While we were able to get the situation sorted out, it should be made clear that parking is not guaranteed.
Cons: Air conditioner was set at 66 degrees and could not be changed or turned off. Coldest room I ever stayed in. Very small room, like a Microtel room with an extra bed.
Pros: It is very close to downtown and you can get commute easily. The morning breakfast is fine.
Cons: Parking issue. We haven't got space for parking. But the staff helped to find the nearest street parking.
Pros: staff was very friendly, bed was comfy enough
Cons: fitness room not worth advertising; took 2 days to fix fridge; Tiniest room I ever had at this property.
Cons: Liked everything
Pros: Prox to 7 train.
Cons: Broken furniture, trash not emptied, non working phones, blinking message lights that hotel staff didnot know how to clear. (I unplugged them) Only two coat hangers in a very small wardrobe. I booked a King room but got a very small room. Off my li
Pros: The staff were very polite.
Cons: Everything else. Poorly maintained rooms, very run down, no amenities, not especially safe, definitely not clean. I took several pictures of the hotel and my room. Very unfortunate situation and very overpriced for what it is: a borderline flop house.
Pros: The breakfast was good enough.
Cons: Interior was dated and the internet was only good for messaging.
Pros: Room was cleaned regularly
Cons: Very small room, hardly any place to keep the bag and other luggage
Pros: A couple minute walk to the subway. Fixtures are clean and new. Bathroom bright and clean. Flat TV is large. King size bed. Breakfast is adequate (eggs, oatmeal and toppings, croissants and other breads, cereals, yogurt); Something for everyone.
Cons: Bathroom door couldn't be propped open so stayed steamy inside and exhaust fan was not effective. Bathroom had a strong cleaner odor.
Cons: This hotel is scary.
