Pros: Hotel is new with high end finishes in common areas, room and bath. Room is very clean and well-maintained. Sofa bed is convenient for extra family member.
Cons: Accessing hotel by car is difficult due to heavy traffic in area and one way street. Hotel bar and restaurant seem cramped and uninviting. Bar closes early at 10:30 on Saturday night. Limited food and nightlife in immediate area.
Pros: New, clean hotel. Somewhat small rooms though.
Cons: Not a great neighborhood
Pros: I would love to stay here each month when we come into town but sometimes we cannot afford the price...so this was the first time we could stay her in the last 6 months!!...I hope for more specials!!!...It was a wonderful experience in every way!

Pros: The hotel is well located in Queens, close to subway station, room is what you expect from Hilton, staff are very friendly.
Cons: The carpet was not cleaned every time the room is cleaned, even we did not ask to clean the room everyday. The shower is very weak and lukewarm, you feel very cold after the shower. Asked hotel to fix it, got told it was taken care of, but still the same
Pros: Just a quick walk to subway station, only 5 stops to Times Square
Cons: Had to call down to front desk twice to get some brought to the room Overall hotel was great!
