Pros: The staff
Cons: No thing
Pros: Was very convenient to where I was going. The pillows were amazing!
Cons: There was no free parking. And the paid parking was very expensive.
Pros: The breakfast was great,
Cons: -I had a dead beetle attached to my curtains -when I turned on the faucet in the tub, the water came out dark brown -This was loudest room in the entire hotel: it was immediately next to the ice-machine and the breakfast area. I was woken up at all hour
Pros: Extremely friendly staff!
Cons: Rooms are kinda small, but the area must be taken into consideration.
Pros: The room was nice
Cons: Only one elevator, tiny lobby, weird location
Pros: Close to the subway. Great price
Pros: Location easy access to public transportation
Cons: Front desk staff, very unpleasant
Pros: Location. Breakfast. Staff
Cons: Room smelled horrible, furniture was broken, rooms not sound proofed at all.
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: My room was located in the basement
Cons: Slow elevator
Cons: The hotel was listed as downtown Brooklyn. It was NOT downtown Brooklyn! It was in parkslope. This was extremely disappointing because it made the commute horrible. The hotel had sold out parking. The parking lot was only 10 spaces. bad experi
Pros: It was a pleasure to discover Brooklyn which is far from the Manhattan touristic area. The hotel was very closed to a subway station. The breakfast was well served.
Cons: The hotel was noisy at night (the neighbors' doors in the hotel slamming all night long) and the room was not very 'recent' (the floor especially).
Pros: The hotel was not very clean. The elevator is very slow fir only a few floors.
Cons: It was not a clean hotel
Pros: Good location in, easy access to public transportation.
Cons: Cleaning staff consistently bad, only cleaning and restocking the room infrequently and doing a poor job when then did. The room was small (not unsurprising for NY) but the cleanliness was not what I'had expect from a Holiday Inn.
