Pros: The greeting I got from the staff while checking in.
Pros: I really liked the location it was right downtown across from shopping and food. It was also a restaurant attached that was a plus if you really don't want to go out. The staff was very nice. The room was small but everything you needed for a short stay
Cons: the view was terrible the room looked out to a brick wall and a parking garage that was under renovation. The valet parking was convenient but very expensive and that is literally your only option to stay there.
Pros: I enjoyed how close the Hotel is to main attractions in Brooklyn let alone close to some great food
Cons: The attached restaurant/bar , is small and dark ends up getting very crowded and the Bloody Mary doesn't come with a Beer Back - disappointed I wasn't offered when I mentioned it either
Pros: Short walking distance to a subway station and to a nice breakfast restaurant - Apolo Diner was noted and appreciated.
Cons: Manhatten prices for a small room. The menu was not impressive so we didn't visit the BrewHouse restaurant.
Cons: Room was very small, bathroom was extremely small, room did not get cleaned the second day. Just aweful
Pros: Tiny, tiny moderately clean room. Neighborhood seemed questionable to me.
Pros: Hotel indigo
Cons: Not even one star. The TV did not work, the coffee maker did not work (And was not replaced even after I requested), there was construction next door started at 7 AM and the attendant rats as I walked to the hotel.
Pros: Room was clean but very small. No room for suitcases. Great location!
Cons: Yes, when we checked in there was no remote control for the TV. Called the front desk & they sent up a remote. Unfortunately, that remote was not capable with the TV. Sent up another remote later. Room was very tiny. Shower did not have a warm setting.
Pros: Staff were very good.
Cons: Very "run of the mill". Would not stay there again.
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff. Nice room Near city center.
Cons: Construction noise from the building next door. Started working at 5 am. However the staff did apologize for the inconvenience.
Cons: There was construction all around the hotel. I was not notified prior to my arrival or at my time of booking of the construction.
Pros: The design was very modern and classy.
Cons: The room was pretty small, not much room to walk around after opening the suitcase. The desk space was also very limited. It would be nice if there was free breakfast.
Pros: The location near downtown Brooklyn is very convenient to a number of Metro lines.
Cons: Was in a suite on the top floor expected it to be much quieter, but could hear the hum of equipment at all times.
Pros: It was quiet. Staff seemed nice. Towels and bath at replaced each day, good, esp. bath at because shower door leaked.
Cons: No lobby. No shampoo or conditioner. Decaf coffee only. Used water glass was never replaced. Coffee mugs were left dirty one day. We left empty box of tissues out, but another box not supplied. Called for more, was told they had be set up, but did not ha
Pros: Location was key for our stay
Cons: Rooms were very small but neat and clean
Pros: It was centrally located to where I needed to conduct business for the week.
Cons: The size of the room was claustrophobic. There were several people in the hotel that seemed somewhat unsavory. In the elevator witnessing perhaps a women on drugs and a man asking for his cigarettes. Other things made me not feel safe.
Pros: Hard to think of a positive experience unfortunately.
Cons: All the 4 rooms I stayed in had major issues. The 1st room had issues with the shower flooding, 2nd room shower fixtures sprayed water everywhere, 3rd room had same issue with shower, 4th room toilet seat coming off. All happened within checkin time.
Cons: Rooms very tiny
Pros: Very quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Only provided decaf coffee pods.
