Pros: The employee was rule they didn’t have no Microway no refrigerator
Cons: That the shower pressure was so low it was Barely coming out water the covers were very light and i was freezing has to put the heat high
Pros: Was close to where I wanted to stay.
Cons: This was most definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. Bedding was very poor (only 2 small pillows and 1 blanket). Furnishings were serviceable but. Very worn. Overall at best this was a 2.5 star hotel.
Cons: Run down, noisy, pillows of foam
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Everything. This was not a 3.5 or 4 star. HORRRRRRIBLE STAFF
Pros: Staff was professional
Cons: It had bedbugs and I was bitten several times.
Pros: 24 hour desk
Cons: Cleaning smell a bit hard to take at first
Pros: absolutely nothing. this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
Cons: BED BUGS!!!!! this was a terrible hotel from beginning to end. bad service, bad room, bad hotel. we had to leave in the middle of the night due to bed bugs and never returned. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Pros: The lobby is dark and dingy The staff is rude and there is no bar as advertised No coffee maker in the room Absolutely no way would I stay there again or recommend this place 2 star at best!
Pros: Staff were professional , extremely nice , caring, and explained very clearly. Clean room, big and spacious. I enjoyed my stay.
Cons: TV wasn't easy work and not a lot of channels, bathroom shower didn't have sliding doors. The kitchenette needs updating. The balcony needs more privacy maybe a screen or two and the bars needs to be a little higher.
Pros: Close to Metro and parking
Cons: No breakfast offered and a little dirty inside and out side as well.
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: When we arrived at the hotel we were informed by the clerk that the room that was booked for us was no longer available and that there was only one room which was a studio and was really a shoe box
Pros: The location and the view
Cons: The hotel itself is good but not great
Pros: The balcony was the best thing, except there was only 1 chair outside.
Cons: The ice machine didn't work. Deadbolt lock on door didn't work. Overall quality of hotel wasn't 3.5 stars I was very disappointed. Paint was chipped, floor was dirty and had dead bugs. The door didn't close correctly and I could see light from the hallway
Pros: Nothing other than the agent Nelson fixed and issue I had with the room I had and was great help
Cons: The Initial room the female agent gave me was approx. 180 sq.ft since i wasn't able to pick room online and was very rude about it and wanted to charge me a $90 upcharge.
Pros: The price.
Cons: We only stayed 2 nights. During this time I saw 5 different people at the front desk. Some of the staff wssn't very helpful.
Cons: Room walls are paper thin. Drunken guests in room next door came home from partying at 1:30 and continued in their room. Took two calls to the front desk to get them to shut up. Would not stay here again...
