Cons: Did not have any amenities that is expected of a 3.5 star hotel example no complimentary water in room, pretty unprofessional front desk etc.
Pros: Staff was professional
Cons: It had bedbugs and I was bitten several times.
Pros: absolutely nothing. this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
Cons: BED BUGS!!!!! this was a terrible hotel from beginning to end. bad service, bad room, bad hotel. we had to leave in the middle of the night due to bed bugs and never returned. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Cons: Better beds
Cons: Better safety, better bed, actually have breakfast
Cons: I had to put a deposit down even tho I paid 145. I’m still waiting for it to get refunded. This was Friday and it’s Monday and still no deposit back????
Pros: Okay location and within walking distance of train/subway.
Cons: Staff not at all friendly. Not knowledgeable about the city of New York, nor any tourist attractions. Need better customer service training.
Pros: The location and the view
Cons: The hotel itself is good but not great
Pros: Cute, affordable and great location .. also clean
Cons: Only one thing, my was on the first floor and I could hear all the comings and goings of other guests. There was a groups of teenagers staying and they were loud all the time. That was horrible at 9 am on a Sunday morning . Otherwise, great experience.
Pros: Nothing other than the agent Nelson fixed and issue I had with the room I had and was great help
Cons: The Initial room the female agent gave me was approx. 180 sq.ft since i wasn't able to pick room online and was very rude about it and wanted to charge me a $90 upcharge.
Cons: Room walls are paper thin. Drunken guests in room next door came home from partying at 1:30 and continued in their room. Took two calls to the front desk to get them to shut up. Would not stay here again...
Pros: DONT let the hotel place you in room #708. This is the worst room in the hotel and to think i paid total with taxes $--- thank God it was for 1 night. First the room was very tiny. Next no outlets in wall only behind headboard. Rude clerk. No ac controls
Cons: See above. This hotel was a disaster. Pictures on website didnt look anything like my room
Pros: Easy check in. The room was clean and not perfumed. Good coffee in the morning.
Pros: Not fair to ask, it was what it was. I suggest a reranking based on their policies.
Pros: Overall very clean and welcoming once you walk in to the lobby. Nice view from the room.
Pros: The room was nice even if they didn't give us what we reserved. No noise from outside or inside the hotel. Nice beds. Clean room.
Cons: The hair dryer didn't work and had to go to the desk to get another one. No one answered the phone when I called down. Their website says the hotel is a block west of the 9th Ave subway station. Too bad that station is not open yet. AC shot in my face.
Cons: Cheap construction, no views, unfriendly staff... all the other reviews about this hotel are spot on. More like a 2 Star. I have no idea how this Hotel rates so high. Not worth the money. Stay somewhere else.
Cons: No way to control AC in room. You have to call front desk to have the guy bring up a remote change temperature. Shower was also half open so floor would get wet fast
Pros: The price was the most affordable in the area/quality I was looking, and the room was clean.
Cons: the staff seemed rude and disinterested. My wife asked if they had any cough drops for sale - and the woman didn't even know what a cough drop was. Not the end of the world, but a bit odd for a 3.5 star hotel.
