Pros: Cleanliness we liked the most!! Security is very good!!!
Cons: After paying so much breakfast was not free. Morning breakfast should be free for guests.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with excellent service
Cons: No -
Pros: The cleanliness and readiness to assist. We are very pleased everytime we stay here.
Cons: Food choices, its overly priced for the options they have to offer. I recommend the breakfast but definitely not the Italian restaurant.
Overall decent quality hotel. However, I was tricked into spending 3500 rp extra on their "club lounge". This lasts until check out time on same day. Since I checked in late I only used about 8hrs...which was more or less just breakfast. Of course the guy at the front desk did not bother to tell me this! Some advice: check the fine print before agreeing to anything!
Pros: The rooms, food and recreation facilities.
Cons: Overpriced extras. Pushy staff that aren't completely honest.
