Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was much bigger than I ever expected and was well equipped. I was very happy staying here.
Cons: Breakfast room was too small, disorganized, rickety chairs and tables. Not enough electrical outlets in rooms.
Pros: Smelly, dirty room and bedsheets.
Cons: Said twin bed but the size was like a single bed. Staff lied initially and told me the twin suit I booked online is not available on arrival. When I refused to check in to another room, they just give me the room I booked originally.
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Noise outside although it was new years eve but lot of horn honking
Pros: The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, even anticipating some of my questions. Warm smiles and quick help, genuine eye contact.
Cons: The surrounding neighborhood was the filthiest area we saw in an entire week of touring New York City. no one could explain to us why the trash was piled 3-6 feet high all along the curb. It was no fault of the hotel but unpleasant to walk through.
