Pros: Convenience, breakfast included, cleanliness. Like the fact that it is located between two subway lines.
Cons: Your cable network leaves a lot to be desired. No local stations (5,9,11 or PBS).
Pros: It was clean and friendly staffed. Location is great. No complaints
Cons: I feel like the check in should be earlier than 3.
Cons: Dirty pillows hairs under sheets like they didn't change from last guest because it "looked" clean. Lird about channels the guest booked claimed at least 5 cable channels they weren't any at all TV was very guzzy.
Pros: The location is convenient to the city and safe. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, the rooms are quaint and very clean. And, their breakfast offers a number of choices.
Pros: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is so close to the city. There's a feeling of safety in and out of the hotel.
Pros: Very convenient to the city. Close access to subways and buses. It's safe and relatively quiet. Very accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast available.
Cons: My only wish was more cable channels on their TV. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Cons: Only had 1 elevator.
Pros: Nice price. Good location for Queens, pretty close to Manhattan.
Cons: Smelly room, from the previous people who stayed there. Needs a real cleaning, like pillows, comforter, mattress pad, drapes and carpet. Staff was nice to replace some of this, but then sprayed an aerosol can which left the room smelling like chemicals.
Pros: The room was adequate. Clean, mostly. The staff were very pleasant.
Cons: Unbenownst to me, it's an SRO with displaced families living there. That was not something I was expecting. I mean, it's not their fault, but that should be made clear to potential guests. Also, there was no water on the two last days (city work).
Cons: Changed room 3 times, first room tv did not work, second room had roaches, last room heat did not work. When brought to front desk attention they were rude and not understanding.
