Cons: it felt like a smoking room.
Cons: Room dirty television didn't work
Cons: Free parking lot for overnight
Pros: The room was bigger and comfortable than normal
Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like was that I put aside I do not disturb on my room so nobody could get there and they still manage to go to my room and change the trash at the towels and I didn’t really like that I didn’t want nobody
Pros: Nothing was what I could like.
Cons: That stuff was terrible !!!
Cons: I informed the front desk agent that the toilet didn’t work and they never sent anyone to fix it couldn’t even use the bathroom during my stay
Pros: Checking out
Cons: Everything! The service was terrible. The elevator did not work properly. The room was dirty looking. Stains on the rug,. Stains on the walls. Stains on the under linens. Mold in bathroom.
Pros: Location, friendly staff
Pros: This is the worst hotel ever. The staff was rude, the rooms are dirty and the important thing is their elevators make lot of noice which disturbs your sleep all over the day/night. I literally had to wake up every 10-15 mins because of the noise.
Cons: I liked nothing about this hotel. I can not even call this as a hotel. When I asked them to change my room to another one which is not near the elevator they responded rudely.
Pros: The staff and room were very nice
Pros: Nice staff.
Cons: Things are a bit out dated. I was promised a room with a view but I got a construction site instead. My alarm clock was a construction worker hammering something outside my window. Very small rooms.
Pros: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location.
Cons: First, when I arrived at check in the front desk person was extremely rude. Got to my room and two maids were inside relaxing and counting coins all over the table with the door propped open. Then room was extremely loud and bed was messy.
Pros: Location. Close to metro station
Cons: Shower water flow was extremely low. The room was a Jacuzzi room, however, the Jacuzzi was not working (no water from the faucet).
Pros: Location and staff. Close to subway.
Cons: They out us in a room below the breakfast area and we hard chairs moving starting at 6am. Also the carpet in the first room and hallways was extremely dirty. I think they could invest in a carpet extractor. The bathrooms were also not that clean.
Pros: Easy access to 7 train
Cons: Unbelievably rude staff, dirty rooms, bad breakfast, rude staff. Nothing at all in the area.
Pros: Price was reasonable
Cons: Continually running out of food at breakfast. Only one elevator working. Several issues with the room but was not in room but to sleep so was able to get past them. Had a do not disturb sign on door but maid staff entered anyway
Pros: It is a very short walk to many subway lines. It is great if you want to get around Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. The hotel is in a quiet location.
Cons: The toilet was all chipped and cracked. The breakfast offered was awful.
Pros: Great bedding , pillows
Cons: Horrible location
Pros: The privacy.
Cons: Not as clean and as It should be for a HOTEL
