The manager should be have more comunication with the personal at the front desk. I have a very bad experience at this hotel never back
Pros: The breakfast only
Cons: The room, the staff was not helpful at all. They make me wait more than 3 hours just for the check in. Also to check out was the same issue.
As long as you don't mind a real life urban third world area, the hotel is beautiful and location is very convenient, between the centro historico and reforma. The renovated Alameda and fountains are wonderful. I enjoyed my stay, especially for the price.
Pros: Great hotel, well managed, nice large clean room, beautiful enclosed pool on the roof, hot sauna, jacuzzi needs to be blocked off from the pool so it gets hotter, great service, rightbon the express bus route to the airport, near the exquisite alameda.
Cons: Jacuzzi needs to be blocked off from the pool so that the water gets hot. Prostitutes nearby a bit scary and strange but didn't bother me. Were very interesting to watch. Hotel was a good deal but really not what is generally considered Reforma area.
