Cons: Valet parking and room
Pros: The friendliness of the staff
Cons: the ice machine on the 15th floor was not cleaned or sanitized. Black moldy particles was coming out while in use.
Pros: Staff, cleanliness of the room, price/value
Cons: We were in the 25th floor and we heard loud music from rooftop venue until 4am. We go to sleep late and are sound sleepers but this wouldnt be tolerable for sensitive sleepers.
Pros: Location, facility, and staff.
Cons: Hallways leading into your room were way too warm for comfort.
Cons: No fridge in room and no parking
Pros: Location is wonderful. Room is clean.
Pros: Good location. Attentive and friendly staff
Cons: Small room. Lobby small compared to another 4 star hotel nearby.
Pros: Really attentive staff, superior Brooklyn location. Nice amenities and room quality. Easy to use valet ($45/day)
Pros: Great hotel, very clean, staff is friendly and it is in a great location.
Cons: Everything met my expectations.
Cons: The room I was given smelled like a cat was there, the tv did work properly& the bed was very uncomfortable. My second nite was a different reservation & required that I change rooms. The bed was more comfortable, however the tv in this room did not work.
Pros: The beds are so comfy. Room was clean. And the free bottle of water was a nice touch.
Cons: Stayed on the 25th floor. We had terrible water pressure. Water would come out in spurts. It was hot though.
Pros: Location, quiet, fast wifi
Cons: Keys had to be redone every day
Pros: location and price
Cons: very small room.
Pros: Had a corner room and a nice view. Spacious for a NYC hotel. Quiet at night. Awesome food court almost across the street. Easy access to a number of subway lines. "A" line is around the corner and goes to JFK. Elevator.
Cons: Construction in the area during the day (but that is not necessarily all bad. This section of downtown is making a comeback.) Limited lobby. Occupied by Starbucks basically. Narrow, congested street.
Pros: Location was great, first floor staff very helpful
Cons: Restaurant service was bad. The bartender ignored us so we went to hotel next door.
Pros: NOTHING! BEDBUGS! How can you like anything when you're bitten all over with BEDBUGS!!!
Cons: Bedbugs! Bedbugs! Bedbugs! STAY AWAY!! Mgmt said they will provide refund and give me a free suite. LIES! I was bitten all over and now I have to pay for the room + laundry + dry clean + extermination services! I am never staying with ANY SPG again!
Cons: They are charging me $100 for getting makeup on a duvet and putting a hole in it. When I told them I work for a law firm and requested pictures of the duvet after they claim to have washed it, none were produced. Then, the hole ironically was not done me.
Cons: Needs more around it.
