Pros: It had a nice restaurant and Starbucks attached. Close to a rooftop lounge as well
Cons: Parking - or rather trying to pull up in the car to get in to the hotel to register was a challenge. With the construction ongoing on the one side- you couldn't pull up there without blocking street traffic ... we had to circle several times
Cons: Valet parking and room
Pros: Location, very quiet especially for NYC
Cons: Lobby was s bit crowded.
Pros: The staff and location.
Pros: The friendliness of the staff
Cons: the ice machine on the 15th floor was not cleaned or sanitized. Black moldy particles was coming out while in use.
Cons: The curtain wasn't fixed well
Pros: It was lovely, very clean, bed quite comfortable, and the room was quiet.
Pros: Location, facility, and staff.
Cons: Hallways leading into your room were way too warm for comfort.
Cons: No fridge in room and no parking
Pros: Location is wonderful. Room is clean.
Pros: Location to multiple subway stations.
Cons: The room smelled like cat urine and the air conditioning unit inadvertently controlled the environment.
Pros: Really attentive staff, superior Brooklyn location. Nice amenities and room quality. Easy to use valet ($45/day)
Pros: Location, location, location......
Cons: The room price was jacked up due to it being graduation. The rug in the room could be old as there was a mild cat odor (it was pet friendly) but we used air freshener to clear it up. The pool was only opened between 5pm and 10pm But overall I would stay
Cons: I didn't like that they tried to keep my $250 deposit for cleaning something that they have to do anyway nothing was damaged
