Pros: The suite made for a perfect size room by NYC standards. Great view with windows that open, beautiful linens, and an amazing shower. There is a club in the hotel but the staff courteously put us in a corner room where the noise was not at all an issue.
Cons: I felt the bed was too hard. The hotel has a restaurant where you can pick up food, I would prefer if it were room service.
Pros: Location and view
Cons: Room was a little small and cramped
Pros: The staff was very good.
Cons: The bed was awful. Very hard and no sheets.
For the price, I was incredibly disappointed with the overall lack of service, space and quality of the room, and the general experience. This hotel seems to think that party-goers and people stopping by this "scene" are their main revenue stream, like hotel guests are a minor part of what they care about.
Pros: The room service and cleaning staff were excellent and efficient.
Cons: They closed a lot of the public areas for private parties. They don't seem to cater to guests so much as people visiting the hotel for social purposes.
