Pros: It was close to the outlets and food and where I needed to be for that weekend.
Cons: The walls are paper thine and there were kids staying in the room next to me that stood up till 6am yelling slamming the door and did not allow me to sleep. Also the breakfast was poor. Food looked dry and unsafe to eat.
Pros: customer service
Cons: The food at the breakfast was terrible. Very few towels. Shuttle driver brought us to the wrong airline drop off with 15 bags and 3 toddlers.
Pros: Location. Adjacent Chic-Fil-A. Ample Parking for UHaul moving truck.
Cons: Inundation with school kids on field trips. Housekeeping missed/neglected our room one one day
Pros: Great value for money, easy on/off from highway, would be excellent if you were there for IKEA or outlet shopping. Staff was terrific.
Cons: Odd scent in the room - not awful and not forever (so I didn''t ask to change because I was tired when I checked in), but definitely a litttle weird.
Cons: Was not very clean, no microwave in the room, waited at check in desk for 10 mins before I was greeted while staff was in office braiding another staff hair.
Pros: The hotel was close to the Airport.
Cons: The Hotel staff was less than professional. The grounds of the Hotel was not well kept or clean. The hotel rooms initial cleanliness when checking in was substandard.
Cons: Yes the room I was given was on the end where construction was underway and I was awaken at 6am by bulldozers and other heavy equipment. Needless to say I did not get any sleep at the Sleep Inn.
Cons: The place was a disaster. We had cockroaches in the room. The hotel is contacting you to refund me.
The location is perfect for travel to Norfolk and to Virginia Beach; it is in the middle of both places. It does need some remodeling, as it is an older hotel, but it was clean and quiet.
Pros: Due to a water leak in an upstairs room/shower (we were on the first floor), we had to be moved to another room and the hotel was almost full. The staff was extremely accommodating and made every effort to get us another room at the same rate. They also credited us for one night's lodging, due to the inconvenience caused by the water leak in the very early morning hours.
