Pros: The design is lovely, the staff are so nice, and the neighborhood is just great. There are 2 subways stops that are around 12-15 walks, but the shuttle will take you and pick you up.
Pros: The bar was great. The room super comfortable.
Pros: The complimentary rides
Cons: Too far from where the action is
Pros: Exceptionally friendly staff, clean room, decent size for NYC, great price! Also loved that it was easy to park on the street.
Cons: Only minor complaint is the pillows are hard.
Pros: Beautiful hotel! Warm and friendly staff with a great bar and food. Rooms make you feel like you're home with thoughtful decor and very comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms are full size and noise is minimal which are both rare in New York.
Pros: The hotel was really cool, well decorated and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The area was interesting with a lot of good restaurants and bars.
Cons: We were on the top floor and there is a rooftop event space. There were parties on both Friday and Saturday nights until midnight. Our room was practically shaking from the music and dancing. The noise level was unacceptable for the quality of the hotel.
Pros: Modern hotel with nice furnishing and original art. The room was very quiet and spacious.
Cons: There was a restaurant check signed to my room that was not mine. After I denying the charge, the person at the front desk said they would credit my card but could not give me a receipt at that time.
Pros: Staff, location and my room
Pros: The bar food was good.
Cons: Very odd hotel. Rooms are on two floors and the upper floor is accessible only over a dangerous spiral staircase. Gym sub-par. This more a 21/2 to 3 star hotel.
Pros: The hotel's appearance was very refreshing. Vibrant colors, various textures and contemporary feeling to the overall design. The room itself was clean and very comfortable in feel and appearance.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: The staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: In terms of rooms, this is a HoJo masquerading as a boutique hotel. Look closely at the poorly finished floors, the shelves in the bathroom hung on screw heads (they fall off), Soft Soap in the bath, plastic cups vs. glass, the cheapest toilet paper.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for walking around the neighborhoods. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Room was well appointed and full of interesting books, magazines and art. Especially appreciated the car service.
Pros: This is my third stay at the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and it's a great location for a family of four.
