Pros: Hotel staff made my stay worthwhile. I recently lost a childhood friend to kidney failure. Your staff helped to ease my grief by their overwhelming kindness and customer service. So much so I enrolled in the rewards program.
Cons: Adjoining room noise
Pros: Cleanliness is very important to me. I stayed in two different rooms both small but White glove clean.
Cons: The soaps/shower supplies weren't comparable to what i use day to day. Although the rooms are small the two that I stayed in were bigger than rooms at the Paramount in Manhattan. This is NYC. Out of towners are usually shocked at the real estate valu
Cons: Rooms are small.
Pros: It was super close to the venue we had to attend
Cons: It was the tiniest hotel room I've ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I couldn't move around at the same time.
Cons: the room was to small, the sheets were not clean
Pros: Third floor smell like weed.
Cons: Clean the floors and change bed sheet. Also advise guest that drugs are not allow. If it is I will stay somewhere else.
Pros: location and price
Cons: room was extremely small, walls need more soundproofing,
Pros: The hotel was clean but the room was totally unacceptable
Cons: The hotel room was like a closet the bed took up the entire room
Pros: Great room and bed.
Cons: Dead cockroach in room
Pros: The bathroom was nice. There is TV in the room.
Cons: The room was small. The bed sheets were not clean. Everything in the room looked old and weary. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from outside and the TV in the neighboring rooms. I think giving this hotel a 3 star is misleading.
Pros: The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and the room was cozy but had a good layout
Pros: I was not homeless for a night.
Cons: Yeah, the bed was literally the same size as the bed.
Pros: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It is in a good location, and overall really clean.
Cons: Room was tight, but still good.
Pros: Not much. Bed was comfortable once you could get into it.
Cons: The room was listed as a “standard†room. What it was - an afterthought! They made a room out of a closet. Since there's not enough space to express my dismay, suffice it to say that this hotel sucks and I will never stay there again.
Cons: Rooms were ridiculously small.
