Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: Showers get water all over the floor.
Pros: Initially put in the wrong room (2 beds twin beds in a quite tiny room vs queen). However this was fixed and in our new room 5 min later. Clean. Comfortable. Staff was courteous. Decent location. Felt safe and comfortable.
Pros: The room was pretty clean. The cleaning staff did a good job tidying up each day. The front desk receptionists were always friendly and helpful.
Cons: I don’t feel like this hotel meets a 4-star level (more like a 2 1/2 or 3 star). As many other guests have stated, the showers are a problem. The glass partition only covers 1/2 of the shower & water gets all over the floor.
Pros: Smart design, nice location
Cons: Only 1 staff in lobby, took a long time to check in
Pros: The staff is so friendly! Hotel employee made us feel so welcomed and the rooftop is beautiful! The location is great, thank you for your service Wyndham staff, my husband has a great memory of his first trip to NYC.
Pros: The hotel is a short walk to Nolita and Little Italy.
Cons: The shower door was caked with black mold. The shower water was lukewarm at best. Would never recommend or stay here again.
Pros: Floor to ceiling windows very nice the AC was on full blast bed was comfy
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the shower didn't have a glass door so the water would splash on the floor not a big deal though
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful! Our room was very clean and small But the size was normal for New York City.
Cons: We are in our 50s so we were looking for something a little bit more of a low keyed. The hotel had a lot of 30 somethings ready to party
Pros: Great location in the heart of Chinatown
Pros: decent location, friendly staff, clean
Cons: spotty wi-fi, water not hot enough, partner restaurant/bar facilities closed very early
Cons: Check in day, there were no keys - all manual entry - hotel staff had to escort guests. WIFI was also broken all night, which was a major inconvenience. Not good for a hotel like Wyndham. Should get a refund of some type from them.
Cons: hidden fee for dogs. $50/night.
Pros: Good location, nice view
Cons: The design of the room looked nice but it lacked function. Almost no where to hang a towel. Not a full door to the shower which made water splash onto the toilet paper dispenser. Awkward positioning of the desk.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: The room was a bit small, but that is part of being in NYC.
Pros: The bathroom was my favorite thing about the hotel, very modern.
Cons: finding a place to park was very difficult.
Pros: Nice room and bathroom with green block glass wall.
Cons: Garbage scattered all over the front all day long. Had to complain before they cleaned it. No room service.
The people couldn't be kinder or more helpful. Place was totally clean and though technically the room may have been a bit on the small size, it didn't feel small.
Pros: People extremely helpful and the place totally clean. Sheets felt gorgeous too!
Cons: My only complaint would be that there was a window on one side of the bed and not a separate light/nightstand, so only one side of the bed if you wanted to read while the other slept.
