Pros: The view outside of our room was decent.
Cons: It was about 20 degrees outside and our hotel room had no heat. The thermostat was set to 85 degrees but there were no heat coming out. We had to ask for extra blankets to sleep through the night. Hotel was only willing to reimburse their hotel fee.
Pros: Great staff - very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable. I was only there 1 night for a quick trip to NYC - the price and the room fit my needs for this trip.
Cons: I don't like any of the hotel "resort fees" (and that is for all NYC hotels) - not exactly sure what I was paying for. But I did take advantage of the free breakfast before heading home.
Pros: The views of the city were amazing. The rooms were good sized, and had nice large windows in the halls.
Cons: The rooftop bar/restaurant was very lacking. We ordered 4 different tapas/appetizers and 2 martinis. The food had little flavor and the meat in the tacos had a questionable smell, however the guacamole was good. The martinis we are FAR from a martini.
Pros: It's hard to fully be prepared for the view you'll see as you open up the curtains to your 11th floor hotel room! The view is pristine of the NY skyline!!
Cons: Fees at the hotel Card key did not work initially Hotel front desk staff was frazzled and unorganized upon check in
Pros: The hotel is a few miutes wallk to Queensboro Plaza metro station..
Cons: Before we checked out an amount was billed thru my credit card without any notice. I found out later that the amount was for taxes. Normally when we book hotel rooms the taxes are imcluded in the blocked amount during check in and not billed separately.
Pros: I loved the check in process, and staff. The room itself was small but clean and had a great view. Television was very large and smart, so all I had to do was log in to my streaming service
Cons: I did not like that the beds were so low to the ground and you could feel every spring in the mattress
Pros: The rooftop view
Cons: Yes parking, they did not offer a ride back. The parking was 4 blocks away if you couldn't find a spot on the streets
Cons: The reason for less than great rating: the hidden fees. You will be charged an extra $35 extra a night. There is no way around it. This is not an honest way to do business and it unfortunately leaves a lasting impression.
Pros: Stuff was really nice
Pros: The views were amazing.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Pros: The heated floors were nice. And Netflix. And the cleanliness was top notch.
Cons: Room was very small. No fridge. The bathroom was designed poorly with the sink outside of it and no shower door so the water leaked out onto the floor.
Cons: It's not clean at all. We even found a red pillow on the ground. The room is quite small and the breakfast is somewhat not fresh. I will not live in this hotel.
Pros: The view from the room and rooftop
Pros: The view from the hotel room window.
