Pros: Great location, great staff, very clean. Excellent overall experience.
Pros: Nice bar at the top of the hotel.
Cons: Fitness centre is sub-standard for a Sheraton.
Checking in and out was easy. They spoke English well. If you put up the do not disturb sign, they'll clean your room anyways just fyi. It's a culture thing and it didn't bother me at all. Being connected to a major station is a huge plus. Less than 30 minutes from Tokyo, less than 15 to Shin-Yokohama to catch the bullet train, and 30 minutes to Kamakura, made this an ideal choice for me. I like the minatomirai and Chinatown area so that was cool also. Sure, you're not directly in downtown Tokyo, but for the price I got the room at, I couldn't pass it up! The hotel lobby area itself is beautiful. I even had a wifi device send to the hotel ahead of time and they had it waiting for me upon check in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
Pros: The value that you're getting is excellent. It's ideal since it's connected to a major train station. Easy to get to and from the airport (either Narita OR Haneda)
Cons: If I HAD to critique something, the bed was a little uncomfortable. Also, being from the US, people might find the room a little small, but having been in other hotels in Japan, I found it to be quite big.
